or a combination of any of the following:Comprehensive walk-through of entire home during initial 2-3 hour consultation
resulting in a detailed plan of action.Expert suggestions and advice regarding de-cluttering,
de-personalization, furniture arrangement/deletion, repairs,
lighting, art and accessories.Hands-on staging, if desired.
Color consultation, if needed.
Customized shopping for accessories ,if needed.
Pricing Guidelines
Because every home is different, and every need is individual,
there is no way to give a set price until we have talked. Below will
give you an idea of how I charge.
Initial Meeting; to discuss your needs. No Charge
$100-150 --depending on sq ft of the home.
( $100 based on a 2,000 sq ft home)
plan of action .
$200-300, again, depending on sq ft of home.
Arranging for furniture rental, if needed
(this would depend on which rooms and how many need staging). Free quote
