How does staging work?

First you brief me on the clients situation, the property and the approach
you want to take marketing it, and the target date for listing the property if not already listed.
I work with both you and the client to ensure a successful sale.
As team leader, you are the boss.
I work under your directions and keep you informed at all times.
The next step is to set up an appointment with the client
for a staging consultation or gather information
to do a free proposal for full staging services.
